Join us to explore how women can lead transformation through compassion and an ethic of care, and how such an approach to leadership may influence the wider Catholic higher education community.

  • Description: Seasoned search consultants Cheryl Hyatt and Matthew Kilcoyne will share tried and true tips for conducting your presidential search in Catholic higher education. They will discuss important mission-based knowledge needed to prepare for interviews at Catholic institutions, as well as how to plan campus visits, especially during the pandemic. The insights and information they will offer will be invaluable for future presidential candidates.

  • Description: Attendees will hear about the newly formed Consortium of Chief Diversity Officers in Catholic Higher Education, talk about the important work that is happening on our campuses, and engage with one another to begin creating a Catholic call to action.

11:00 am – 5:30 pm     |    PC5 - Mission Officers

  • Description: The 2021 Mission Officers Conference, now in its 10th year, focuses on healing and discernment. The conference begins with a Service of the Word, which will prepare us to hear the call to heal and be healed. Participants will learn practical tools for conducting communal discernment for institutional vocation and will have the opportunity to engage in small group discussions with their peers.

12:30 pm – 5:30 pm     |    PC6 - Senior Student Affairs Officers

  • Description: The 2021 conference offers senior leaders in student affairs the opportunity to reconnect with one another and focus on the mission in our daily work through a year of challenges unlike any we've ever known. Discussions will center "on the verge" of what's to come through the work of student affairs professionals now and in the future, with a focus on a mission-centered core, enhanced student partnerships with community, and being actively engaged in the Catholic call to action for racial justice.
